We may also charge a recycling fee to remove and safely dispose of waste products from your property.

Do you offer 24/7 emergency plumbing services?

Please note: We do give priority to emergency plumbing and gas issues for commercial premises and rental properties. We also triage jobs according to their urgency.

What should I do in a plumbing emergency?

If you have a water leak, we recommend you turn off your water at the mains (or your tank) immediately and call us immediately on 0498 577 107 to book a visit. We’ll guide you through what to do next and let you know when we can attend to assist you further.

If you have a gas leak, turn off your gas immediately at the bottle and call us immediately on 0498 577 107 to book a visit.

If you have a blocked drain we recommend you:

  • Use a plunger to try to clear it first – if it’s a sink a hand and rubber glove can often be used if you don’t have a plunger.
  • Hot water can be poured down the sink at pace if you believe it is fat that is causing the blockage

If these measures are not successful please give us a call.

If you have a blocked toilet we recommend you:

  • Try tipping hot water in a strong stream from a jug to see if this clears the issue.
  • Use a plunger to try to clear the blockage.

If these measures do not work, give us a call to arrange a visit from one of our licensed and insured plumbers.
